Beta Finance is expanding and looking for talented and experienced Corporate Finance Professionals (1-3 yrs):

Job Description:

- Valuation Studies

- Expert Economic Opinions

- Business and Financial due diligence

- Business plans

- Purchase Price Allocation (PPA)

Required Skills:

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel - essential (financial
modeling skills) – Advantage

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills

• Must be flexible and able to use own initiative with the ability to
challenge/question process, procedures, managers, clients

• Excellent communication skills

• Should have strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to
formulate and deliver a concise opinion, facts and arguments both verbally and
in writing.

• A good team player as well as being able to work using your own initiative.

• Possess a sound academic track record with at least university degree level or
equivalent with a specialty in Finance, Business Administration, Economics,
Accounting, Law, Math or Statistical Sciences

• Hard-working, can-do attitude and the desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial,
fast-paced and team-oriented environment

• Strong passion for learning

• Demonstrated time-management and multi-tasking skills coupled with a keen
ability to prioritize assignments

• Previous commercial/financial experience within the service industry –
Advantage

• Excellent understanding of Corporate/Project Finance Theory – Advantage
