Beta Finance is expanding and looking for a talented analyst for the Project Finance department
Job Description:
- Providing Financial Advisory services, relating to BOT/PPP projects, for developers, Financial Institutions and Government Bodies
- Supporting developers in raising various types of debt (senior and subordinated) from all types of Financial Institutions and lenders
- Building complex Financial Models which comply with accepted international standards
- Supporting clients in meetings and negotiations with third parties
- Conducting Feasibility Studies
- Consulting on regulatory issues
- Financial risk analysis and management
- Investment banking services for infrastructure projects and investors
Required Skills:
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills , particularly Excel - essential (financial
modeling skills) – Advantage
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Must be flexible and able to use own initiative with the ability to
challenge/question process, procedures, managers, clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Should have strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to
formulate and deliver a concise opinion, facts and arguments both verbally and
in writing.
• A good team player as well as being able to work using your own initiative.
• Possess a sound academic track record with at least university degree level or
equivalent with a specialty in Finance, Business Administration, Economics,
Accounting, Law, Math or Statistical Sciences
• Hard-working, can-do attitude and the desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial,
fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Strong passion for learning
• Demonstrated time-management and multi-tasking skills coupled with a keen
ability to prioritize assignments
• Previous commercial/financial experience within the service industry –
Advantage
• Excellent understanding of Corporate/Project Finance Theory – Advantage
