Manager Finance Business Partner for IT

 

Job Description
The position of Manager Finance Business Partner for IT will be responsible for leading periodical actual and planning financial processes and analyses for the IT R&D and IT Corporate Functions units, including both OPEX and CAPEX spend. The role will act as the Finance trusted advisor to the VP IT R&D and VP IT Corp Functions, and support them and their management teams in all budgeting processes, accounting treatment of spend, labor costs planning, and financial analyses as part of 3rd party contracts, working closely with IT Operations and Procurement partners.

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the Financial periodical process for IT R&D and IT Corporate units – quarter close (including accruals), quarterly LBE, annual operating plan (AOP) – covering OPEX, CAPEX and Labor/FTE
Provide financial analysis and recommendations for CAPEX projects and all external contracts (OEPX and CAPEX)
Actively work with the units’ leadership to optimize the cost structure and identify cost optimization opportunities
Maintain close control over OEPX and FTE
Build strong relationships with the units leadership teams, IT Ops and Procurement to provide comprehensive and coordinated support to the unit’s VP
Provide periodical and ad-hoc reports to the unit’s leadership team
Involvement in other ad-hoc projects as necessary
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Finance
2-3 years related FP&A business experience
Experience from a global organization- must
Excellent English
