Which department will you join?
REM (Road Experience Management) department
You will be part of Mobileye's REM department that is responsible for the automatic High Definition map making process, which is a key technology in Mobileye's autonomous driving and high end Driving Assistance systems.
This process involves running advance algorithmic code in a massively parallel way, utilizing Big Data technologies, and as such is a complex system that requires deep understanding of our map creation process as well as advanced technical abilities.
Our REM Cloud application team is responsible for our infra applications which are the core of the map creation process for both production and development, with emphasis on debugging abilities of the maps and code.
They allow algorithmic teams to iterate fast on hard problems and deploy their solutions to the production environment fast and effectively.
How your job will look like?
- Be a source of knowledge and understanding of the whole system - familiar with all aspects
- Work on Data solution for representing the HD map (including Database and APIs)
- Develop the Python Framework used for creating our maps enabling both fast development and running at high scale in production environment
- Work with various stake holders across the department
All you need is:
- Excellent Computer Science student with one year remaining to graduate
- Completing Data Structure, Object Oriented Programing and Operational System courses (Relational Database - advantage)
- Python programming skill (additional C++ / JAVA is an advantage)
- Ability to self-learn new fields
